Wendy Marinko, MHS – Vice President , Chief Information and Operations Officer
Wendy Marinko was brought onboard in 2008 by James Marhold to spearhead Declarations, Inc.’s initial supportive housing project. Since that time, she has been instrumental in Declarations’ growth and development, from that first contract to its current four-program structure. Wendy oversees operations across programs and chairs Declarations’ QA Committees. She is a recipient of NJPRA’s Best Practice award, is CASE Approach certified, and is a strong advocate for survivors of abuse and trauma. In addition to 30 years of leadership experience with non-profit organizations, including 18 years with behavioral health agencies, Wendy has extensive experience in the field of leadership assessment and development.

Erin Mullen, RN – Director of Nursing
Erin came to Declarations in 2012 as a program nurse and previously served as our Assistant Director of Nursing prior to her current position as Director of Nursing.  Erin received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Montclair State University. Erin also received her Diploma in Nursing from Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing. Erin went on expand her nursing education to become board certified in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Erin has an extensive background in the field of mental health and has previous experience working at inpatient short term care facilities throughout the state.  Since working at Declarations, Erin has completed additional trainings including a Certified ADHD professional (ADHD-CCSP) and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC)with the Institute of integrative Nutrition. Erin enjoys expanding her knowledge in order to better serve those individuals who have a mental health diagnosis and special needs.

Kerri L. Eger, LSW – Chief Compliance Officer
Kerri began working for Declarations in 2009 as part of the original Life Coach team. She currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer. Kerri is responsible for the oversight of service provision and program operations, supervision of Team Leaders, and coordination of services with clinical staff. Her collaborative efforts have contributed to successful agency expansion projects and growth. Kerri is influential in promoting the Life Coach mindset, and maintaining the values and vision of the agency in accordance with consumer rights, Community Support Services provisions, and staff development. Kerri obtained her undergraduate (B.S.W.) degree from Monmouth University with a minor in Psychology and holds a graduate degree, Masters of Social Work (M.S.W.) from Kean University. In addition to her work at Declarations, she has experience with at-risk youth in the behavioral capacity for 12 years.  Kerri holds an active LSW in the state of NJ.

William Hodgdon, MSW, LCSW – Clinical Director
Bill launched into his position as Clinical Director of Declarations, Inc. in December 2023. He brings 40 years of behavioral health community-based treatment experience to his present position. In 1979, Bill obtained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers College, New Brunswick and then went on to achieve a Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University in 1982. Bill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. He also has acquired a certificate in clinical supervision for social workers and professional counselors, and his certification as a Social Work Student Intern Field Instructor. Bill has a long history of successfully combining rehabilitative community support services and behavioral treatment in enhancement of recovery of the lives of individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.

Michael Wilmot, LPC – Assistant Director of Clinical Services
Michael came to Declarations, Inc. in December of 2023. He serves as the Assistant Director of Clinical Services (AD-CS). He acts as a liaison between the CSS direct care staff and clinical staff, ensuring continuity of service provision across the agency. He brings experience from a variety of mental health settings, including residential, partial hospitalization programs, community case management, and outpatient therapy. Michael has a Master’s of Science in Professional Counseling from Monmouth University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of NJ. He is passionate about delivering compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals in need. Michael is dedicated to empowering individuals and families in the community.
